What's for dinner?

"What's for dinner?" Ah, the question I love. If I don't know the answer by 2:00 PM, I'm basically up the creek. To simplify my life I have come up with at least one crutch:

Breakfast-dinner once a week!
I usually make oatmeal pancakes with chocolate chips, but last night we tried a new recipe for sticky buns. They were GOOD. (Recipe from Amy's Bread) Of course, I always make scrambled eggs so everyone gets their protein! (I'd share this recipe, but it was so long. Just buy the book!)
